My name is Brittany van Doornik. I’m a 22 year old British-Dutch game designer from a small coastal city in the Netherlands. I have recently obtained my Bachelor's degree in Game Design at Breda University of Applied Sciences and I am currently a Technical Design Intern at Galaxy Grove!
As a designer, my personal priority is to deliver a polished and cohesive experience that is up to standards. I pride myself on my attention to detail, and my holistic approach to solving problems. In the past, I have proven to swiftly pick up new skills and tools to help push projects towards the finish line. On a team, I naturally gravitate towards a guiding and communicative role. In general, I’m all about good organization, proper pipelines, and healthy communication. Outside of projects, I enjoy mentoring game development students looking to build up their soft- and hard skills.
In my free time, I spend most of time (competitively) grinding out games, watching movies, eSports, and baking!
